The mint leaf drying machine adopts a multi-layer mesh belt structure and is equipped with an automatic feeding and discharging device; just put the mint leaves into the feeding port, set the drying parameters, and the mint leaves are transported by the feeding conveyor to the inside of the dryer. The automatic drying process can be started. After the multi-layer mesh belt is turned over and dried, the dried mint leaves are sent out from the discharge port. The intelligent temperature control system configured inside can accurately control the temperature and ensure the drying quality of the mint leaves.
How the mint leaf dryer works
The mint leaves enter from the upper layer, and the thickness of the mint leaves is controlled by the automatic spreader. Driven by the mesh belt, the mint leaves move from the upper layer to the lower layer. During operation, the mint leaves fall down many times, so that the mint leaves are turned more thoroughly and dried more evenly. The dried mint leaves are discharged from the discharge port of the bottom layer, and fully contact with the high-temperature hot air during this process to achieve the drying effect.
